Grant Applications.
It is us, or does it seem like adults get to have all of the fun? Here at CCSF, we’ve
noticed that most foundations don’t pay attention to young people. It seems like if
you’re under 18, you just can’t get a break. That’s why we’re proud to announce that our
SGR is now available to all individuals under the age of 18. We want to make it known
that CCSF believes in supporting responsible, mature, forward-thinking young people.
Who’s eligible? Anyone under the age of 18
What’s it for? Almost anything. The Swift Grant Request potentially gives you access to
up to $4,999! Imagine the impact that money could have on your school/community! Remember that CCSF supports “community education,” so with that in mind, what kind of educative work could you offer? Do you see a need in your school/community that isn’t being met? Do you have a skill you’d like to share, an event you’d like to sponsor? The key is to identify what your school/community needs most, and then brainstorm how to provide it. We love to brainstorm here at CCSF, so don’t hesitate to contact us with your ideas.
What’s the catch? There is none! All we ask is that you find an adult sponsor. This
person could be a teacher, community leader, or just about any responsible adult you
can think of. On our application, you are the “Person Responsible for the Work” and the
adult sponsor is the “Representative.”
Also... Be sure to check out the rest of our site. The FAQ section, in particular, has some great info. And, as always, don’t think twice about getting in touch with us.
