Traditional Grant Requests (TGR)
A TGR can be made for any amount under $25,000 and applicants have two opportunities per calendar year to apply. In both cases, the turnaround time for a TGR is between 4-5 months.
 
The TGR First Cycle application due date is September 30th. Thus, all TGR applications received prior to September 30th will be reviewed by the Board of Directors in October. Applicants that pass that first round of review will be contacted in November to schedule a site visit. TGR First Cycle decisions will be rendered by February 30th, and successful applicants will receive their grant checks shortly thereafter.
 
The TGR Second Cycle application due date is January 30th  Thus, all TGR applications received prior to January 30th (and after September 30th) will be reviewed by the Board of Directors in February. Applicants that pass that first round of review will be contacted in March to schedule a site visit. TGR Second Cycle decisions will be rendered by May 30th, and successful applicants will receive their grant checks shortly thereafter.
